Meditation & Relaxation
These two complementary techniques
can be taught separately, but would normally
be combined with Yoga, and are particularly
beneficial
to those who lead busy lives.
The use of relaxation techniques allow
the recognition of the various levels of tension
experienced in everyday life and provide ways
of unwinding, letting go, calming mind and body,
and recharging your batteries.
During meditation practical techniques are used
to train the mind and body to experience stillness.
This has a rejuventating effect by calming
the central nervous system which in turn
preserves precious energy.
